Further illustrating the motion are these two boats below, anchored in light swells. The first system mounted in AREA A ; employs the pull value of the vessel on the anchor chain, to pull a spring loaded auto recoil action, hydraulic ram, which would create a force to direct onto a turbine.
As can be seen above; there is firstly a pull 1. and then a release, 2. so the recoil device would only need to be perfunctory, and return the piston to the ready position, as the actual load will diminish at the passing of each wave crest and the line will generally go completely slack. The weight of the chain would be the load that would need bearing; perhaps by reverse hydraulics.... I shall describe this concept more thoroughly after the description of the AREA B system.
